2019 John Deere Sprayer
2019 John Deere Sprayer Hagie Manufacturing and John Deere announced changes in the Hagie Sprayer model in 2019, which will increase the performance and functionality of manufacturers and service providers AG. This year’s biggest Hagie sts sprayers have been powered by the 6.8L PowerTech ™ John Deere diesel engines, which start at the MY19 Hagie STS10 and STS12 engines and continue to replace engines with 280 or 300 horsepower. Used in John Deere R4030 sprayers and a range of Deere machines, these turbocharged air-to-air motors provide consistent performance over a wide range of speeds and terrain. In addition to the engines, Hagie is a new high-performance cooling package that improves fuel efficiency and overall performance of the STS10 and STS12 models.
In addition, the engine compartment and bonnet have been redesigned for new STS10 and STS12 engines and equipped with a new toolbox and a suction coefficient. Customers will also notice that the right side of the chassis has been modified to include new tank and diesel Exhaust gas (DEF) tanks and a tank filler ladder and platform for more convenient machine access.
According to Doug Felter, Product Marketing Manager for John Deere Equipment, the step of integrating John Deere diesel engines into several Hagie models makes it easy for Deere dealers to support these machines.
“The partnership of all John Deere and Hagie spraying engines is useful in terms of customer service, which makes it easy for customers to wait for their own sprayers, regardless of their brand, by local John Deere dealers.” Felter.
In addition to the engine and chassis changes, the company is expanding its dual product system (DPS), which is offered by Hagie custom solutions. DPS allows to split the tank so that two different products can be used in one passport. Hagie DPS is available for 1,200 and 1,600 gal. (4542 L and 6057 L) Capacity Hagie sprayers, which give operators the opportunity to place nutrients in the root zone precisely and variably, while at the same time applying plant protection products to the plant.

“The dual-product system, for example nitrogen and fungicide or pesticides, is perfect for late-season applications,” Felter explains. This makes the Hagie DPS the most versatile application system for plants to protect hashocks and hats on a single journey. DPS-equipped machines save time, fuel and product damage by reducing the number of passes and have become more popular with many customers over the last few years. “
Hagie’s dual product system is available on STS12 and STS16 machines with low-tank configurations equipped with dual pumps and separate tariff control. Compatible with Raven or John Deere Precision AG systems and other modifications to the installation.
